This fun and engaging event is the perfect way to connect with fellow Chamber members, strengthen business relationships, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of networking.

Play a round of mini-golf, share a meal, and make lasting connections—all while supporting the Chamber.

Registration includes: pre-event reception, mini golf tournament, BBQ lunch, access to all activities on the grounds (Mini golf, race cars, laser tag, bumper cars, bumper boats) and silent auction.

Schedule

  • 9:00am - 9:30am: Check-in and pre-event reception
  • 9:30am-11:30am: Mini golf tournament and access to all activities
  • 11:30am - 12:30pm: BBQ Lunch (vegetarian option available with prior notice)
  • 12:00pm: Silent auction closes
  • 12:30pm - 1:00pm: Network and play!

Support Our Mini Golf Tournament! Join us in making this year’s Mini Golf Tournament a success by becoming a valued sponsor! This fun-filled event brings together community members, families, and local businesses for a day of friendly competition and connection. Sponsoring is a great way to showcase your brand, support the community, and gain visibility with an engaged audience—all while helping us create a memorable experience for every participant.

All sponsorship opportunities include the option to include swag and collateral inside the swag bag.

Hole Sponsor (36 spots) - $150 per hole
Showcase your company logo on signage at a hole and be front and center as players make their way through the course! A great way to maximize visibility with all participants. Includes one event ticket and a commemorative take-home tee sign.

Mini Game Sponsor (6 available) - $200 each
Add some extra fun to the day with your logo featured at one of six fun mini-game stations. Participants will remember your brand while engaging in these interactive challenges. Includes one event ticket and a commemorative take-home tee sign.

Scorecard Sponsor (Exclusive) - $450
Put your logo on every scorecard—meaning every player will have your brand in their hands throughout the entire tournament. Recognition as the Score Card sponsor in all advertising and event promotion, logo on golf score cards, feature of your company in the Weekly Harvest newsletter, logo on commemorative take-home yard signage at the event, and a foursome (4 tickets).

Golf Balls Sponsor (Exclusive) - $950
Kick off the fun by providing golf balls featuring your logo to all participants! We take care of the golf balls - you show up and distribute them. Includes two event tickets and a commemorative take-home yard sign displayed on course. Logo will also be displayed on marketing materials, website and in our Weekly Harvest newsletter. Company banner (to be provided by sponsor) and an opportunity to have a display table at the event. Deadline for this sponsorship is October 14, 2025.

Lunch Sponsor (Exclusive) - $1900
Keep participants fueled and happy while giving your brand premium recognition! Includes a foursome (4 tickets) for your team or guests, and a commemorative take-home yard sign displayed on course. Logo will also be displayed on marketing materials, website and in our Weekly Harvest newsletter. Company banner in lunch area (to be provided by sponsor).
