Custom Announcements in the Chamber’s E-Newsletter: “Bits & Bytes,” is Now a Benefit
for both Chamber Members and Chairman Circle Members.

The Orange Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Bureau is pleased to announce another no-cost
benefit to Chairman’s Circle Members. Starting April 1, 2008, Chairman Circle members
will be eligible to include event announcements or graphics in the Bits & Bytes
newsletter up to four times in one year FREE. If more announcements are desired,
they may order up to 6 more for only $150 each.

If you are not currently a Chairman Circle Member, you may also promote your announcement
in Bites & Bytes at a cost of $300 per announcement. Bits & Bytes is the weekly
e-newsletter sent to over 1300 members and contacts of the Orange Chamber of Commerce.
The purpose of Bits & Bytes is to keep Orange Chamber members up-to-date on our
news, events and policies.

Announcements will be limited to four per publication. The Orange Chamber has put
these policies in place to avoid having your Bits & Bytes filled with dozens of
announcements.

Additional promotion is available by inserting a flyer in the Orange Chamber of
Commerce publication “Orange Business News.” To arrange for a flyer in the Orange
Business news, please contact Kellie York, Administrative Assistant, 714/538-3581.
Cost is $300 per flyer.

If you would like to submit an announcement for Bits & Bytes, please follow these
guidelines:

- Provide a LEGIBLE graphic no bigger than 500 pixels: height or width. Please submit
it at least 10 days before your event to maximize the exposure to our members and
give them time to mark your event on their calendars.
- Graphics must be WEB READY: .jpg or .gif graphics will be accepted only. No animated
.gif or flash will be accepted. No PDF's, no Word Docs with embedded images. It
must be ready to insert “as is.” The Orange Chamber can create a graphic for you
at the minimum charge of $50.
- When you email the graphic to be used in Bits & Bytes, please include your contact
information, including email address.
